Dr. Nathalie Paul uses a technique called DNFT, or Directional Non Force Technique. It has been used by chiropractic practitioners since the 1930's and is considered the original low force chiropractic technique. Dr. Paul will work directly with your nervous system to find any interference, then correct the interference with a gentle series of corrections. This technique boasts no turning or twisting of the spine and an audible or "popping" of the spine is rarely heard. This gentle approach is perfect for the whole family, including children and infants. Click on the link below to learn more about DNFT chiropractic.

Dr. Butterbrodt uses and all-encompassing technique commonly referred to as Palmer Package.  This package includes a variety of techniques including Gonstead, Diversified, Thompson, and Activator.  These methods work to find a specific subluxation, fixation, or nerve irritation withing the spinal column and provide the proper correction using a low amplitude, quick impulse to correct the fixation and restore proper nerve function to the body.  Trigger point therapy is also used in conjunction with the spinal adjustment to ensure the musculoskeletal and nervous systems are working together properly.  These techniques are great for people experiencing pain, increasing performance and energy, or those that are just looking to get through the workday.
